It thoroughly grossed me out when the time came to pull out the gizzards and liver from the chicken's butt, so I handed off the job to JR and Andy while Lindsay and I stayed away from the nasty thing.
it actually turned out AWESOME and was so good and easy to do that we've done it again since then when my mom came out for a visit. We highly recommend it.

Tell me the Vickery secrets -- I've never taken on a whole bird before, but the end result looks mighty tasty! We'd love to try it!
