We were SO excited to have JoNeel, John David and Ellie visit us here in Denver before work started for me! We had a GREAT time and were so thankful that they came to see us! Jo and Ellie came early Wednesday morning and John David came Friday. Jo helped me SO much with planning around the house. Now Andy has a large list of things to hang on the walls! I was so thankful for all her help!
We spent a lot of time at the park and Ellie ate a large amount of sand over the course of the visit! We also ate A LOT of raspberries - they were on sale at our grocery store for ONE DOLLAR!! I have actually bought a total of 16 packages! (About half are frozen)
Friday night we grilled out then walked up the street and had some Coldstone icecream and learned that our neighborhood plays a movie out on the big screen every Friday night! So we watched Back to the Future and ate icecream! We'll definitely have to do that again!
Saturday we went hiking (see next post) and Sunday we celebrated John David's 2nd fathers day! SUCH a fun time and we can't wait to see our friends again.
