This year was the first time I have ever been away from family on Thanksgiving because I was working in the PICU every night throughout the holiday. It was definitely weird and we missed our family but were so thankful to be able to spend some time with my classmates.

There was SO SO SO much food... it was incredible

and then somehow I made it through a night or work in a turkey coma.
